About Me

Jake Sanchez: I like places of extreme space but live in the confines of a bustling city. I have no idea what's on TV. Commercials and long red lights irritate me. I travel third worlds on a shoestring to keep proper perspective. I’d rather ride on top of the train than in it. I believe that happiness is manifested between the ears. I am actively learning to dispose of preconceived notions and expectations. My life is perfect even when it’s not. I would like to publish a dissertation on the dynamics of actual & implied authority & the power of command. I find human motivation fascinating. I believe in the U.S. Constitution, a puppy’s wagging tail, the magic of a woman’s touch and a child’s laugh. I know my way around the bedroom, a train schedule and a Third World. I am comfortable in the city and the woods, with the rich and the poor, the young and the old. I believe in the Trinity and I believe that character counts. I’m socially conscious and very interested in the world around me. I have a lust for this life and an interest in the next. I'm comfortable outside my comfort zone and I like not knowing what will happen next. I am proud of who I am and I belieeeeeve in God, Buddha, Beatles!
