I started the practice of releasing the desire for, and the possession of, materials a few years ago. About 15 months ago this burning amber was rekindled. Moreover, my practice was significantly amplified while visiting India recently. Perhaps I will sustain little value in our siciety because I own and buy little, but I now embrace the scenerio and can easily live with such a stigma.
I recently stumbled across a really cool 20 minute video. Annie Leonard has composed a strong message and the format, content, and delivery are excellent. When you have a spare moment you can judge it for yourself. I believe that you will appreciate her work and message, if not; it will certainly prove thought provoking.
